Dromund Kaas

Logistics of the planet

Emperor Vitiate
The Emperor of the Sith Empire.

Darth Nihl
Regent of Dromund Kaas. The day-to-day ruler when the Emperor is unavailable.

As a world, Dromund Kaas is defined by its dense jungles that cover most of the planet filled to the brim with dark side corrupted fauna and flora. The world really only experiences two seasons, a dry season and a wet season. Due to its ancient heritage as a Sith world, there are Sith ruins dotted all across the planet with less than 5% ever having been explored. The most prominent of these ruins is the valley of the Dark Temple near to the capital city which is the favored haunt of students from the Academy raiding the ruins and tombs.

One of the three capital worlds of the Sith Empire alongside Korriban and Ziost. The world serves as the personal seat of the Emperor himself, and the location of the most prestigious of the Sith Academies within the Empire lies in the heart of the capital city. Its main function as a world is to serve as the seat of Imperial power compared to the Dark Council's seat on Korriban and the Military capital of Ziost.

Tython

Logistics of the planet

Satele Shan
The Grandmaster of the Jedi Order.

Located in the innermost reaches of the Deep Core, Tython has served as the foundation of many force orders including both the Jedi and the Sith This planet itself is located on one of the strongest known Force Nexuses and possess the most ideal known Biosphere for all known lifeforms in the galaxy being the only planet to have ever been designated with a 100/100 on the Republic Habitability scale. From lush forests to volcanic ashlands to seas teaming with life Tython is a true paradise. This makes it an ideal place for anyone to settle and it would likely have a massive booming population if it weren't near impossible to reach even by hyperspace.

At current the planet is in a state of a bit of isolation and rebuilding as it was only rediscovered 12 years ago and resettled only at the end of the Great War The Jedi have retreated here after the sudden turn of public opinion on the Jedi and destruction of their temple on Coruscant in an attempt to rebuild and allow public opinion to soothe with time.

Most of the planets inhabitants are the Jedi with the majority of the Order making their home here save for the dissidents that went instead to settle Ossus after the war and a few Jedi on assignment out in the galaxy. Otherwise there is a republic garrison living on Olusis Space Station though they rarely go planetside out of respect for Jedi beliefs. There is also an illegal settlement on the planet near Tho Pri temple made up of war refugees who claim they are entitled to settle on Tython as it is seen as one of the safest planets in the galaxy and that its Paradise World status is wasted solely on the jedi. The Jedi have resisted so far forcefully evicting them in favor of trying a diplomatic approach but their patience slowly wears thin.

Kaas City

Logistics

General information of the Capital

Lord Ravage
Sphere of Production & Logistics
Race: Sith Pureblood

The heart of Imperial authority within the Empire, here lies the throne of the Emperor and the offices of his Regent Darth Nihl. The city itself is a massive sprawl set along the banks of the Gelid River which runs through its heart out to the sea. Within it is mostly poor slums filled with humans and alien slaves toiling away for the Sith masters who live in the heart of the city near to the Emperor's Palace and Sith Academy. In total, the city has hundreds districts designated by the city's governor most of which are more slums than anything else.

The city is roughly a circle built around Vikan Square & the Sith Temple with a river bisecting it North-South

  • Population: About 1 billion
  • Population Density: (Inside City Limits)
    Average of 13,333 people per sq mile;
  • Population Density: (Outside City Limits)
    Average less than 1 person per sq mile;
    Outside of Kaas City, there is only the Military and Sith,
    no civilians
  • Total Districts: About 250 Districts
  • Current Continent: Arisa (Northern Hemisphere)
  • Gelid River: North-South river going through the Kaas City
  • Sahu Ocean: East of Kaas City

The Wall that supposedly surrounds the whole city. In practice though the ever growing sprawl means that there's always districts outside the Wall. The Wall itself is ruinous in cost as it's built from blackstone and has massive lightning rods that keep the storms of the wet season from obliterating the city. The walls are also used as propaganda with the whole lenght of it being painted with beautiful murals to boost moral and opinion of the Sith. It is a formidable fortification with the lightning towers also serving as a shield generator for the whole city should it ever be attacked and the blackstone material being damn near invulnerable.
